Automated billing,
from source data to invoice-ready in hours
Manual billing cycles cost MSPs days of work every month. CloudBilling automates data collection, pricing logic, and invoice preparation, so your team reviews and approves instead of rebuilding from scratch.

Billing is eating your team’s time
Cloud services come from multiple providers and distributors, each with their own data formats, billing cycles, and structures. Consolidating that into a single billing run takes manual work or brittle custom logic.
The more sources you add, the more things can go wrong: a late data feed, a pricing rule that misfires, a line item on the wrong invoice. And as your customer base grows, so does the problem.
Set the rules once, CloudBilling runs the cycle
CloudBilling connects directly to your cloud providers and distributors and pulls usage data on a schedule. No logins, no exports, no file transfers. Pricing logic, contracts, margins, and currency settings are configured once and applied the same way every cycle.
When invoices are ready, CloudBilling delivers them. Your team reviews exceptions, not every invoice. Billing cycles that used to take days are completed in hours. Same data, same rules, same result.
- 1 Collect Usage data pulled straight from providers and distributors, on a schedule.
- 2 Validate Incoming data is checked; discrepancies are flagged for review before invoicing.
- 3 Apply Contracts, margins, discounts and currency settings, the same way every cycle.
- 4 Build and deliver Invoices per customer, reviewed and approved before they are sent.
The hours saved compound every single month
“The partnership with CloudBilling marks a milestone in our journey to optimise billing for our diverse cloud services. By automating our invoicing processes, we can focus more on innovation and less on administrative tasks, resulting in greater value for our clients.”

Frequently asked questions
What does CloudBilling actually automate?
The entire billing workflow: collecting usage data, validating it, applying pricing and margin rules, building invoices, and delivering them. Portal logins, manual exports, and invoice construction are replaced by a single automated process.
What if my customers have different pricing arrangements?
CloudBilling supports customer-specific configurations: flat subscriptions, usage-based billing, margins, discounts, and multi-currency setups. Each customer’s contract logic is defined once and applied automatically every cycle.
Does CloudBilling work with multiple providers at once?
Yes. CloudBilling connects to the major cloud providers and distributors (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Pax8, TD Synnex, Copaco, Arrow and many others) and consolidates all data into a single billing run per customer.
What happens if there’s an error in the source data?
Incoming data is validated before it’s used in invoicing. Discrepancies are flagged and reported for review before the invoice is generated. Your team handles exceptions before invoices go out, not after.
How much time does CloudBilling actually save?
While using CloudBilling, most MSPs complete billing cycles in hours that previously took multiple days. The exact reduction depends on the number of customers, providers, and billing models. The shift is consistent: your team reviews output rather than producing it.
Can we still review invoices before they go to customers?
Yes. CloudBilling includes a review and approval step before delivery. You control when invoices are sent. The automation reduces the work to get there, not the oversight.
The same licence can be sold on different commitment terms. Can CloudBilling tell them apart?
Yes. Annual commitment with annual billing, annual commitment with monthly billing and monthly commitment with monthly billing are three different commercial arrangements behind the same SKU, and the tenant data does not tell you which one applies to which user. CloudBilling keeps the subscription and contract information next to the vendor data, so every licence is priced on the terms it was actually bought on.
We bill per user, per device, per domain and per customer agreement, all at the same time. Is that a problem?
No. Those are pricing rules, and one customer can carry several of them at once. Each service is priced on its own basis and lands on a single invoice for that customer, so a mix of per-user licences, per-device fees, per-domain charges and a customer-specific managed service fee does not have to be split across separate billing runs.
